You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure, provided you notify the tour operator in a timely manner. If you cancel less than 7 days before departure or are a no-show, there will be no refund. Cancellations between December 16th and January 5th must be made at least 14 days in advance.

The tour includes a guided reindeer sleigh ride, driving instructions and guidance, a hot berry drink and snack by the campfire, and transfer from Levi Center.

Cozy atmosphere, nice guides, lots of information about the animals, including feeding, warming up by the fire and juice -> the sleigh ride itself could have lasted a bit longer, but was fine considering the relatively low price
Really a great activity
We were a small group of four. The whole reindeer experience was very relaxing and a wonderful experience. We were able to feed the animals extensively after the ride. During tea, they shared lots of information about the animals and answered all our questions.
