Submit the report: After completing the form, submit it by clicking the submit button. Your report will be treated confidentially and reviewed by our team. A report will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you file a report, you represent that the report is submitted in good faith and that all information and edits provided are accurate and complete.
If you do not agree with the decision that is made, you can file a complaint about it within a period of 6 months. You can do this via our online reporting system.
