Winter Tours is the Dutch specialist and has years of experience in winter destinations. At Winter Tours you can book the best tours at winter destinations online at the best price. With Winter Tours you are always prepared on the road with your Dutch guide in the snow. And of course it is 100% safe to book tickets and tours via our platform, many others have gone before you!

With our lowest price guarantee, you will never pay more than you would pay at your destination. This means you do not have to search for tour desks or sales points at your destination and you save valuable ‘holiday’ time. Just as important is that you are assured of a place. Some popular activities are often fully booked if you want to book them at the last minute. Via Winter Tours you can choose the best activities in peace and quiet and book them well in advance, so that you can optimally enjoy a carefree holiday in which everything is already arranged.
No! We only accept online payments with iDeal, credit card etc. It is possible to pay by bank transfer if desired. This can be useful, especially if you want to pay for a company outing from the company, business-wise. For more information, please contact us.
With each booking, we always double check availability with our local partners. Although this is usually quick, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed, you will immediately receive your ticket or voucher by email.
The voucher will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. In case that you have not received your ticket or voucher 24 hours after completing your order, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. It is possible that we do not have your correct email address. It is also possible that the mail ended up in your spam box. Please check this first before contacting us.
In case that our local partner cannot confirm your reservation, we will offer you the best possible alternative. If this new date and/or time does not fit into your itinerary, we will cancel your reservation and return the amount paid to you.
The statutory cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal (as contained in the EU Distance Selling Directive) does not apply to services to be delivered on a specific date or within a specific period, including tickets and vouchers purchased through the Caribbean Tours platform.
Whether we can cancel or change your purchase depends on the conditions of the tour operator or supplier on site. In the event that we can meet your request, Winter Tours will charge a cancellation or change fee of 15 euros per booked tour. This does not include any costs that the supplier or tour operator may charge separately. In such a case, please contact our customer service to inquire about what the possibilities are and at what cost.
If you do not show up on time for a tour based on a booked time, there is no refund. On the voucher you will find the contact details of the tour operator or provider. Always contact the tour operator or provider if you are unable to attend.
Of course, it can happen that there is no room on the booked date/time. In this case, we will send you a proposal for an alternative date/time. If this does not fit into your travel schedule, you will receive the full purchase price back. Also in case of calamities, Winter Tours will, after approval by the tour operator on site, refund the paid amount to you in full.
Winter Tours guarantees the lowest price on tours & tickets that can be booked via our website. When you find the same tour or ticket for a lower price within three days of booking or after arrival at destination, refund the difference to you. Please note our conditions attached to a refund!

Once you have found a tour or activity you want to book you choose a date in the availability calendar of that specific tour or activity. Then choose the number of participants or tickets and possibly other options (eg starting time) and then click the 'continue with order' button.
Step 2 | Your data
You can now enter your personal information. Your name, email address (whereto we will send your ticket) and your cell phone number (which we use in case of changes in the booked date). In the comment field you can enter additional information such as the pick-up address or meal preference if applicable to the booked tour or activity. After filling out the form click on the 'next step' button.
Step 3 | Options & Payment method
If there are options available, such as a hotel transfer, this will be shown here. You can optionally order this. Then choose how you want to pay. Winter Tours offers the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. PayPal charges an additional 3.4% for each payment. Click on the 'pay' button and the relevant payment method will open. Always choose the option after a successful payment (only for iDeal and Bancontact) to return to the Winter Tours website so that the booking can be processed correctly.
Step 4 | handling your booking
In case of a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We always double check the availability with our local partners. Although this usually happens quickly, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed, you will immediately receive your ticket via email. If our local partner cannot confirm your reservation, we will offer you the best possible alternative. This could be an alternative date and/or time. If the alternative suggestion does not fit into your itinerary, we will refund the amount paid in full.
Winter Tours offers the following payment methods: iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. PayPal charges an additional 3.4% for each payment. If only a deposit is applicable, you must pay the remaining amount directly to the tour operator. This can be a payment link that you receive or can be paid on the day of departure, etc. depending on the tour operator.
Winter Tours only offers tours & tickets from reliable and professional tour operators on its platform. Tour operators with whom we have been working together for years. The offered tours are displayed in random (changes automatically) order within fixed categories during each visit (only on desktop, no categories are displayed on mobile).
On winter-tours.nl we distinguish two types of reviews
General reviews
Winter Tours works together with Kiyoh.com. The specialist in customer reviews. The Kiyoh.com review system is used by Winter Tours to give customers the opportunity to review the general impression, the purchase experience, the platform and the contact with Winter Tours and Caribbean Tours. All customers who have made a purchase on the platform are invited to write a review in the Kiyoh.com system after purchase. Check [here] the rating that customers give us on Kiyoh.com. Product reviews
Product reviews that describe how a customer experienced a tour or activity. These reviews are collected and managed by Winter Tours itself. They are all real reviews (that customers have left on our own review platform Kiyoh.com) that are collected from Winter Tours customers who have actually done the tour or activity themselves or real (by “real” we mean that only customers who have made a purchase, used a service or had an actual trading experience can post a review) reviews that are taken from the tour operator in question from its own review platform or from its TripAdvisor listing.
The authenticity and control of these reviews is guaranteed by the review platform used by the tour operator and TripAdvisor respectively. Winter Tours will never place product reviews that are suspected of not being ‘real’. Winter Tours guarantees its customers that it always strives for an honest and completely true picture of what the customer can expect from the tour or activity in question. We would prefer to place all product reviews from the tour operator in question in their entirety. Since this is not (yet) possible automatically, we manually place (these are taken from the tour operator in question from their own review platform or from their TripAdvisor listing) (at least) three most recent reviews at that time when a new tour or activity is launched. No paid reviews are allowed on the Winter Tours website and both positive and negative reviews are taken over and published, if present in the most recent reviews at that time.
Winter Tours benefits from customers having an excellent experience during the booked tour or activity. If the general picture shows (the most recent reviews are predominantly negative or complaints are received from customers during the term) that a tour or activity does not deliver what the customer may expect, Winter Tours will stop offering this tour or activity or will completely stop the collaboration with the tour operator in question.
If you find illegal content or content on our website, you can report it via a online notification. After reporting, you will receive a decision within a fixed period. If you do not agree with the decision taken regarding your report of illegal content, you can file a complaint about it within a period of 6 months via a online complaint report.

RESERVATION COSTS
Booking fees apply to some tours and activities. These are costs incurred by Winter Tours to make the reservation on your behalf with the local tour operator. We keep these costs as low as possible but cannot avoid passing a small portion on to you as a customer. This is partly why we are able to offer this tour, allowing you to easily and quickly reserve your spot online. The booking fee is a fixed component per booking, regardless of the number of participants.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION
Changing a booking that has already been confirmed and for which you have already received the ticket or voucher is possible under certain conditions. The costs for changing a booking are normally € 15 per change. By choosing a flexible ticket directly with your booking, you pay € 5 extra once and changing a booking is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, even if you would like to change several times.
Notice: a booking can only be changed if the new desired date is available and an agreement has been received from the executing tour operator.

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Winter Tours guarantees the lowest price on tours & tickets that can be booked via our website. When you find the same tour or ticket for a lower price within three days of booking or after arrival at destination, we will refund the difference to you.
Conditions for refund
Winter Tours' Lowest Price Guarantee is available to every customer who has booked through winter-tours.nl. The Lowest Price Guarantee covers retail prices available to the general public. This does not include discounts you may receive (or be eligible for) from third-party organizations, the tour operator itself, or special offers offered as part of a membership program, corporate discount, day deal, group, or rewards program. If you find a lower retail price for the exact same tour or ticket, offered on the same date and in the same currency as the original purchase on any other website AND report this to us within 72 hours of your confirmed reservation on Winter Tours, we will refund the difference. If, upon arrival at your destination, you find a lower retail price offered by Winter Tours' contracted tour operator for the exact same tour or activity, offered on the same day and in the same currency as the original purchase, Winter Tours will refund the difference. Winter Tours reserves the right to verify the details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions are made at Winter Tours' sole discretion. Exchange rate differences that may arise due to different currencies will not be reimbursed.
