The right of withdrawal
The statutory cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal are expressly excluded according to article 10.6 of our general terms and conditions. The right of withdrawal is excluded, among other things, for agreements relating to leisure activities, if a specific date or period of performance thereof is provided for in the agreement, including the tickets and vouchers offered via the Winter Tours platform. This means that articles 6 to 9 of the general terms and conditions do not apply.
Winter Tours only acts as an intermediary
If you purchase tickets/vouchers via winter-tours.nl, you acknowledge that Winter Tours only acts as an intermediary in the conclusion of the agreement with the tour operator. If you order tickets/vouchers and the tour operator in question accepts the order, a direct (purchase) agreement is concluded between you and the tour operator in question. Winter Tours will never become a party to the (purchase) agreements between you and the tour operator. Winter Tours provides the tickets/vouchers on behalf of tour operators and collects (partial) payments on behalf of tour operators in connection with the purchase of tickets/vouchers. For each tour or activity on winter-tours.nl, it is stated who the executing tour operator is, the party with whom you enter into the (purchase) agreement. The general terms and conditions of the executing tour operator can generally be viewed on the website of the executing tour operator or requested from Winter Tours.
